How to change bank settings
With
CXFacts bank platform
you are able to change bank settings. Please note that admin’s permission required.
To get started please follow the next few steps:
1.To open bank settings, please go to ,,Settings” on the navigation panel of your dashboard.
2.Now you’re introduced to the bank settings overview. To view countries please click on ,,Countries” on the navigation panel of the overview page.
3.To view Product Areas, please click on ,,Product Areas” on the navigation panel of the overview page.
4.To edit users, please click on ,,User Management” on the navigation panel of the overview page. Here you can see all admins and users added to bank profile.
5.To add new user, please click on ,,Add New User” in users field.
6.Please fill out new user’s information and click ,,Add User”.
7.You are also able to Delete/Demote to User or Make Admin a specific user,
by clicking on the three dots in User Management overview.
8.To change bank settings, please click on ,,Bank Settings” on the navigation panel of the overview page. Please enter your changes, then click ,,Save Changes”.
