How to create feedback session

CXFacts bank platform
you are able to create feedback sessions.
To get started please follow the next steps:
View feedback sessions
1.To open feedback sessions, please go to ,,Feedback” on the navigation panel of your dashboard.
2.Now you are introduced to Feedback sessions. To view specific feedback session, please click on ,,View Session” in the bottom right corner of chosen feedback session field.
3.To see responses of specific question in Feedback session, please click on ,,See Responses”
4.Youre introduced to the responses overview, where you’re able to see users’ given scores and additional comments made on the specific question.
Create new feedback session
1.To create new feedback session, please go to Feedback/Feedback Session on the nagivation panel of your dashboard.
2.To create new feedback session, you’ll need to specify criterias linked to feedback session. Please click on ,,Select Customer”.
3.For a specific customer group, please select relevant industry, product areas and country of Global Head Office, and select customers. Please note that there is a possibility for multiple choice. Click ,,Continue”.
4.Please click on ,,All Product Areas”.
5.Please select product areas, relevant to feedback session. Please note that there is a possibility for multiple choice. Click on ,,Continue”.
6.Please click on ,,All Countries”.
7.Please select relevant countries to feedback session. Please note that there is a possibility for multiple choice. Click ,,Continue”.
8.Please click on ,,Continue”.
9.Please enter Title and Session Description in empty fields and select deadline for the new feedback session. Click ,,Continue”.
10.Please choose questions from the selected questionnaires.
11.To add custom question, please click on ,,+Add Question” in the right corner of ,,Custom Question” field.
12.Please enter custom question and click ,,Add Question”.
13.To delete custom question please click on the bin icon at custom question.
14.To add question in specific product area, please click on ,,+Add Question” in the product area’s field.
15.Please enter your question and select Phase(s). Click ,,Continue”.
16.Now you’re introduced to the summary of new feedback session. Here you still have the possibility to make any additional changes. When ready, please click on ,,Launch this Session”.
