How to view and filter ideas

With CXFacts bank platform you are able to view and filter ideas.
To get started please follow the next few steps:

1.Please go to ,,Feedback” on the navigation panel of the dashboard.

2.Open ,,Ideas” to see all ideas from customers across all countries and products. To apply filters please click on ,,Filters” on the right upper corner of Ideas page.

3.Please enter your filters to see specific ideas, then click ,,Apply Filters”.

4.To open a specific idea, please click on the field of idea.

5.Now you’re introduced to specific ideas details. Here you are able to edit or close idea, or read/post comments.
