How to view and filter requests
With
CXFacts bank platform
you are able to view and filter requests.
To get started please follow the next few steps:
1.Please click on ,,Feedback” on the navigation panel of your dashboard.
2.Open ,,Requests” to see all requests from customers across all countries and products. To apply filters please click on ,,Filters” on the right upper corner of Requests page”.
3.Please enter your filters to see specific requests, then click ,,Apply Filters”.
4.To open a specific request, please click on the field of request.
5.Now you’re introduced to specific request details. Here you are able to edit or close request, or read/post comments.
