How we calculate scores

All our benchmark questions are based on a scale of 1 to 5.

We calculate the banks score based on the countries that you use the bank in. For each country, we average the product areas you use, based on the average reply of each employee. Each employee can have given feedback on one or multiple surveys to accumulate their score. See below illustration as example.
